Car interior parts
1. Floor Carpet
Dirt from our footwear can also get collected within the car, creating an unhygienic environment that leads to bad odor. With good flooring, one can prevent the accumulation of dust and water within the interiors.
2. Hardwood Floor
A revolutionary product that was created by using hardwood material instead of conventional carpeting. This product succeeds in bringing the comfort of your home into the cabin.
3. Tibia Pad
This polystyrene resin product is installed between the vehicle floor and the carpet. In the event of an impact, the product acts as an energy-absorbing body that reduces the impact on the legs of the vehicle occupants. In recent years, some tibial pads also offer noise absorption/reduction properties.
A headliner is a cover that shields the vehicle ceiling. In recent years, this part (of a vehicle) has been equipped with various functions and modularized.
5. Door Trim
An inner component that attaches to the inside of the door. This product not only improves the appearance of the vehicle interior. Rather, it is an important module component that creates a more comfortable interior by providing a large number of equipment and functions.
6. Door Opening Trim
This product is attached to the periphery of the vehicle body around the door area and offers a variety of functions such as shock absorption, sealing of the interior and an improved appearance.
7. Door Weather Strip
This product is attached to both sides of the door window (the photo on the left shows a strip for the inside) and prevents rainwater from entering when the window is rolled up and down. It also prevents the window pane from vibrating while driving.
8. Scuff Plate Ornament
A plastic molding which covers the steel plating of the step area. The design of this component has improved in recent years and now offers features such as illumination of the vehicle name.
9. Injection Molded Baffle
Spaces such as pillars are filled with a foam material that reduces noise and helps to create a quiet vehicle interior.
10. Assist Grip
Attached to areas other than the driver’s seat, this product supports vehicle occupants by offering a handhold when entering/exiting the vehicle and when the vehicle is jolting.
11. Sun Visor
In addition to normal use as a sun visor, some products have been equipped with noise-absorption capability in recent years. This helps to create a quiet vehicle interior.
12. Seat Fabric
The fabric seats in your car are generally nylon or polyester. Nylon looks like fabric and is common because it’s durable and inexpensive. That’s great news if you’ve got kids or pets who are rough on car interiors.
13. Tonneau Cover
A tonneau cover will help to save you money from low gas mileage, lost/damaged cargo and theft. It will also protect the bed of your truck and help to prevent serious damage that will cause repairs to be needed. But upon reselling your truck, the bed will maintain much better shape than if the bed was exposed.
14. Luggage Trim
A cover for the sides of the luggage area.
15. Rear Shelf
A tray which is mainly placed between the rear seats and rear windshield of passenger vehicles. Audio speakers are mounted on the tray in some cases.
16. Tool Box
A molded plastic tool box which makes efficient use of the space at the sides of the luggage area.
17. Box for Under Floor Storage
A molded plastic storage box prepared for the area under the luggage mat. In addition to holding tools and other small items, the box acts as a cover for the spare tire.
18. Dashboard Silencer
This product is installed between the steel plate of the body and the dashboard. It fulfills roles such as noise reduction, heat insulation, and prevention of vibration.
